They didn&#8217;t know that at that time, all my knowledge was in the desktop product. They launched their new business with Quickbooks Online (QBO). It turned out to be a fun learning experience for the two of us, as I learned new things about what Intuit was up to in the cloud. Two years ago, a client I assisted only once or twice moved to the cloud not long after upgrading his desktop software, and last year, a long-time client and friend started sniffing around QBO. While I&#8217;m now also certified in QBO, my personal and business books are still in the desktop product, where I feel I have more robust controls over reporting and other features.
